Crosscheck: Science For FactCheckers
A Training of Trainers (ToT) by the World Health Organization, administered by DataLEADS
I developed and conducted a workshop for this training programme focusing on enhancing the capacity of community fact-checkers to strengthen the voice of science in order to support local and regional efforts in addressing misinformation in health emergencies. WHO selected 20 participants from 13 countries for the cohort to build a Pan-Asia network, who were trained in a ToT by us, and then assisted in further training community fact checkers in their home nations.
